Customer safety and payment acknowledgement

• Customers remain responsible for checking fit, setup space, ventilation, supervision, manufacturer guidance, and age or development suitability before use.
• JJ’s Baby Gear Rentals does not claim or guarantee any sleep, travel, health, or safety outcome from use of a rented item.
• All rented items must be used only as instructed by the manufacturer and must be kept away from hazards including heat sources, cords, water, pets, and unsupervised misuse.
• Payment through Stripe confirms the quoted rental charge and deposit only. It does not replace the customer responsibility to review setup and safety information before use.
• Refunds, cancellations, damage deposit decisions, and return expectations are governed by the cancellation policy, rental agreement, and any written booking notes provided for the rental.
